During 2010 the Group considered the benefits of becoming an incorporated association.

At the March 2010 meeting a small sub-committee was established to draft a constitution.

The constitution was endorsed at the July 2010 meeting and agreement reached to move incorporate following the Annual General Meeting. This action was duly completed following election of office bearers at the AGM in August 2010.
